I am curious if an individual can somehow find records showing who has given to a judges re-election fund, as it may pertain to proving the impartiality of the Chancellor.

Are these records bound by any law to be public record, such as those campaign funds of other elected officials?

  2. It depends on your state but probably.

Of course just be cause someone takes campaign money does not necessarily prove they are biased.
